Tuesday, November 29th at 6:30 p.m. is the Tri-M Music Honor Society Induction Ceremony in the WHHS Library.  Returning members should meet at 5:30 p.m. in the library for set-up. 
Please join your child in recognizing their acceptance into this program.

This coming Sunday, November 20th is the opera trip to see The Marriage of Figaro.  Student permission slip will be sent home and needs to be returned, signed by Wednesday, November 16th.

This is a reminder to all students who will be participating in the 2011 KMEA All-State Chorus district audition on Tuesday, October 25th.  Please remember your individual rehearsal times and quartet rehearsal times and prepare at home.
The audition will be held at Lexington Catholic High School at 5:30 PM.     

Reminder of the WHHS Fall Chorus Concert tomorrow evening, Monday, October 10th at 7:30 p.m. in the WHHS Auditorium.  Call time for students is 6:15 p.m.  Wear choir t-shirts and jeans.

There has been great success getting the new M2 Vocal Lesson program started this week.  Students have received their first lessons and are beginning their individual study. 

This is just a reminder of the first fundraiser, the Sponsorship Campaign, which runs from August 16th through September 2nd.  Students are to sell 2.  Please help support the WHHS Choral Program.   

School is almost here!  I hope everyone is looking forward to starting a new year with exciting events for the WHHS Choral Program such as our new M2 vocal lesson program, KCA Musical Trip, and the Gospel Festival, along with our annual concert season!  See you on August 8th!
