Tiffany Marsh is a native
of Southern Indiana. She received her Bachelor of Music Education
degree in voice and piano and Master of Music Performance degree in
Choral Conducting, studying primarily with Dr. Kent Hatteberg, both
from the University of Louisville School of Music.
Mrs. Marsh has been an adjudicator for KMEA festivals as well
as a guest conductor for All-State regional rehearsals and
the Jefferson County All-County Chorus in 2009. In June
of 2003, she attended the International Seminar for Choral
Conductors held at the Bavarian Music Academy in Marktoberdorf,
Germany.
Along with her husband, Ryan Marsh, they serve as staff members
of the Kentucky Music Ambassadors European program and represent
the Central Kentucky region. They are served as the District
7 All-State Chorus co-chairpersons from 2006-2009. She
has recently taken on the position of editor of the Kenductor,
the yearly publication of the Kentucky chapter of the American
Choral Directors Association.
Mrs. Marsh holds professional memberships with the American
Choral Directors Association, Music Eductor's National Conference,
Kentucky Music Educators Association, and Kentucky Education
Association/National Education Association.
Mrs. Marsh is a new member to the Western Hills High School
SBDM council and also serves as Fine Arts Department chairperson.
Mrs. Marsh is in her seventh year at Western Hills High School
where she enjoys teaching music theory, piano keyboarding,
and arts and humanities classes in addition to her position
as choral director and is fortunate to work with great students
and colleagues.
